Menu Offerings for Meyer’s Banquets

Up to three selections can be made (four if you would like to include the vegetarian option). All dinners include salad, bakery fresh bread, Chef’s dessert, and beverage (coffee, tea, or milk.) Final count on all menu items must be given one week prior. Minimum of 25 guests.

1. Roast Prime Rib of Beef  21.99+ + = 27.53

Slow roasted, 12 oz cut of Choice Prime Rib of beef served with au jus, baked potato and fresh vegetable

2. 8oz Filet Mignon  21.99 + + = 27.53

½ lb tenderloin steak, cooked medium rare, served with au jus, mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable

3. Braised Beef Short Rib  18.99 + + = 23.78

Boneless beef short rib braised until fork tender, with garlic mashed potato and fresh vegetable 

4. White Roughy Pinwheel  15.99 + + = 20.02

Fresh white roughy filet filled with an herb, cheese, and spinach stuffing and baked, with seasoned rice, fresh vegetable and dill cream sauce

5. Seafood Linguine  18.99 + + =23.78

Shrimp, scallops, and crab meat tossed with noodles and seafood cream sauce, with vegetables and garlic toast

6. Seafood Stuffed Salmon  19.99 + + =25.03

Fresh Atlantic salmon with a shrimp, crab and bread stuffing with, seasoned rice, fresh vegetable, and dill cream sauce

Pan fried chicken breast topped with sautéed mushrooms, tomato relish, melted mozzarella cheese and basil aioli with seasoned rice and fresh vegetable

Chicken, scallions, sun dried tomato, and fresh mushrooms sautéed in scampi butter and tossed with angel hair pasta and basil pesto

10. Pork Tenderloin Schnitzel  15.99 + + = 20.02

Pan fried pork tenderloin schnitzel served with oven roasted potatoes, fresh vegetable, and rosemary mushroom cream sauce
